I love Buona! They have great quality fresh food every time that I eat there. I actually think its better than Portillos. I would highly recommend anything from their burgers to their salads and their pastas are very delicious.
I love this spot. Better taste, better quality and better price than portillos or any other beef place around here. The staff is always warm and attentive. Very clean and orderly restaurant as well. I eat here 2 to 3 times a week, no joke. 10/10 would recommend!
Our first visit to Buona exceeded our expectations. The ordering process online was slightly difficult, however, the speed and service made up for it. The food taste & quality were great! All five of us enjoyed what we ate. At pick up, they were really nice & let me pick up via drive thru.
I love that this Buona location is consistently clean and the food always tasted fresh! I love to order their meatballs, salads, shakes, and their pizza is pretty good too! Wonderful Italian beef and giardiniera .💯
Buona is pretty fire and I’m glad they ended up putting on at this location. We usually like getting the salads here with extra Italian beef on top. The presentation when you pull it out of the bag too is just mouthwatering too. Looks so fire. I also felt a little frisky the other night and ordered their Chicago style dog for some reason. It was actually pretty dang good for a quick bite.
My order was wrong (which happens) but at Buona the manager and delivery person made it right straight away. Both of them were so courteous. It restored my faith in customer service. The best I have been treated for a wrong order issue at any establishment! Thank you 😊
I ordered from the app to place order for pick up. The app is very user friendly. And the beefs are awesome. We choose Buona over Portillo's.
Visited 3/4. Fantastic as usual. They have great senior specials. The pepperoni was very good. Enough for leftovers. As Max recommended the brownie was great. Food is always good and hot. I love the gravy bread!
My first italian beef sandwich, I took it fully dipped. The bread was holding up, it was wet and tender. The flavors were great, not hot, the spices brought a nice heat, loved it. Surcharge of 0.75$ for a few sweet peppers though ..
Went FIRST thing in the morning , like we were there when they opened, ran in ordered 3 sandwiches. They were very pleasant, and had the food in just minutes! And it's so dang good! Can't wait to drive the 3 hours to go back! ❤️
